The product went through a number of iterations and business strategy adjustments during its lifecycle, as a response to market situation and company growth. The design and structure evolved to increase the solution’s flexibility.
We followed a number of design tenets that not only allowed us to maintain consistency in the overall user experience, but also provided structure for an every growing feature set and product complexity.
While the app's goal was to empower its users with functionalities and features to make them as self-sufficient and independent as possible, one of the core components was the support module that served as a two-way communication tool that allowed Moove to assist their customers when needed.
